The poem “River of Gold” speaks about a river of golden waters that flows deep below the Earth’s surface. As we connect with this river and draw in its light, we strengthen and nourish ourselves. Thereafter, we are also able to recognise resonant others who are drinking from the same pure source. The poem helps children open to this truth along with grounding into the Earth.

To enable children to go deeper into this poem, I have also created a short guided 6-minute meditative journey called “The River of Golden Waters” which helps them concretely feel the meaning of this poem within themselves.
