Instead of grappling with various thoughts and emotions that run through us, if we keep bringing our focus and awareness back to our hearts, we can gently and slowly allow our true nature which comprises of truth, love and goodness to come forth. The small mediative verse, “There is a Sun Inside My Heart” is the first stanza of a 3 stanzaed poem which focuses on the aforementioned practice. I was able to turn this stanza into a meditative video with images, in English and Hindi. A very artistic 9 year old, Isha Rumi, created some illustrations for the verse as well and I made that into a short video, for you to enjoy the simplicity and aliveness of her creations!
