In my sessions with children (ages 4 to 9), I use singing, storytelling, painting and guided visualisations to allow for their spontaneous expression to come forth from the space of quietness and truth within. Some sessions are guided, some are a free play centered around a story and accompanied by songs. Many a times, the story and art develops spontaneously as a response to the child’s need in that moment.

For older children (ages 9+) , apart from storytelling and painting, I guide them into writing and expressing their inner worlds through prose, poetry and stories.
