Water, a precious gift for humanity teaches us strength and softness, stillness and agility along with humility and magnificence. ‘A Journey with Water’ is a workbook that has been created for children to gently explore and build a relationship with water. Through movement, painting, recitation and singing, children are invited to feel the the living presence of water in their own beings.

This workbook can be used independently by children above the age of 7. It can also be used by teachers, parents and homeschoolers creatively as part of their painting sessions or unit study on ‘water’.
